Introduced by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) in August 2016, the Advance Placement Scheme (APS) enables approved agencies to bring domestic helpers to Singapore before an employer is found. This allows families with urgent caregiving needs to conduct face-to-face interviews and get a helper deployed in as little as 3 working days.

Choose another APS helper from the same category at zero agency fee. We credit your 50% refund toward the new placement and absorb the remaining balance ourselves.
You will only pay the admin fee, insurance, and placement fee for the new helper.
If you would like to explore a different category or criteria -- for example, switching nationality or experience level -- a S$200 category change surcharge applies. This covers the additional matching and coordination work, while keeping your costs transparent and fair.
